Shipping Policy

To give you more flexibility, you'll have the option to choose your preferred shipping provider at checkout.

•   ​Sendle Standard Shipping - will automatically leave your order in a safe place if no one is home. $9.90 flat fee.

  • 3-5 business days ​once orders have been processed.

•   Australia Post Standard Shipping - If you'd prefer your parcel be taken to a local post office instead, please select Australia Post at checkout. $11.50 flat fee.

  • 3-5 business days ​once orders have been processed.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

•   Australian Orders: Most parcels arrive within 7 business days, but please allow up to 14 business days during peak periods or for more remote areas.

•  International Orders: For international shipping times and costs, please contact us directly.

Occasionally, unexpected delays in transit may occur which are outside of our control, especially during high-volume periods.
